providing a facility for real estate agents, property managers, homeowners and potential real estate
buyers and renters to set up, market and/or view real estate property listings (the “Services”). In the course of providing these Services,
CCC may collect personal information about you with your consent. At CCC, we understand the sensitivity with
which your personal information should be handled, and we are committed to
safeguarding your privacy in order to earn and maintain your trust. We will use our best efforts to ensure that
